Terms of Service

These terms (the “Terms”) govern your use of trotli.com (the “Site”), operated by Logic Fountain Technologies, Inc. (“the Company,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may browse the Site and submit information through forms we provide. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could harm the Company or other users.

2. Beta Program

The Trotli beta program is offered at the Company’s discretion. Submitting a beta signup does not guarantee a TestFlight or Play Store invitation, and participation may be modified or discontinued at any time. Beta software is provided “as is” for testing purposes and may contain defects or change without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Trotli and Logic Fountain Technologies marks, and the underlying software — is the property of Logic Fountain Technologies, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Submissions

By submitting information through the Site (for example, beta signups or contact messages), you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We may use information you submit consistent with our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer

The Site and any information on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logic Fountain Technologies, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Logic Fountain Technologies, Inc. from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
